Our visitors dropped into a Global Politics class
Mayor Olve Grotle and his team from Førde Municipality came for a visit to learn more about the institutions based at Haugland (UWC RCN and RKHR) – both in terms of internationalism and with regard to the human resources available in Sunnfjord.
With the current process about a possible relocation of the Head Office for the Norwegian Peace Corps to this region, they were interested in exploring possible connection points between organisations and promoting internationalism in the region.
Mayor Grotle said that he was really taken by what a vibrant and dynamic international place and resource UWC is.
