On Wednesday 3rd and Thursday 4th we had a visit from the Education Sector of Malmø, as a return visit after our Board and management were received there last year. In the delegation were:
Ingegerd Wärnersson – UWC RCN Council Member;
Andreas Schönström (Labour), Deputy mayor;
Mediha Ahmadi (Labour), Member Education Council;
Gunn Hanell (Conservative), Member Education Council;
Eva Ahlgren, Education Director;
Nicola Sarec, Rektor Malmø Borgarskola;
Roger Johansson – Rektor Fridhemska Folkehøgskola.
During the visit the delegation also met with local educationalists and politicians, with a reception at the Jakob Sande Centre.
Even though our regions operate on very different scales, there are concrete plans evolving for co-operation.
