Day of the mushroom
Last weekend people all over Norway marked the Days of Mushrooms by picking and identifying them. Some of our students and staff joined in with the help of Norges Sopp-og Nytteverksforbund. On Sunday fifty of us took the Posteveitrimmen, the traditional walk of the local families - and found many types of mushrooms. A Generous Donation
Generous donations from friends and supporters of the College this year have enabled eight first year students to receive new laptops to assist them with their studies. Annual Postal Walk
The Postal Walk is a well-attended annual event locally, hosted by Svint Sports Club in Flekke. This year it was held on Sunday 6th and approximately 50 students and staff took part on a lovely sunny day. Chinese Bridge Competition

Climate Education Project
UWC Red Cross Nordic, the Norwegian Glacier Museum and 4H successfully applied to the Naturlige Skulesekken for a climate education pilot project. The project leader is the Glacier Museum.
